Pumpkin Spice Protein French Toast

Give this delicious pumpkin spice infused recipe a try!


  • 2 eggs or egg substitute
  • 1/2 scoop Organic Protein in French Vanilla
  • 1 TSP pumpkin spice

Topping Ingredients

  1. 2 TBS greek yogourt or yogurt substitute
  2. 1 TBS maple syrup


  1. Whisk ingredients together and coat your bread on both sides. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on stove top. Mix greek yogurt and maple syrup in a separate bowl. Top with mixture and enjoy!
