If you’re looking to spice things up from your normal pancakes, oatmeal, or breakfast smoothies, be sure to try this Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes recipe out! This stack was perfectly sweet AND perfectly pumpkin-y.
In a bowl, combine:
• 1 scoop Organic Protein in French Vanilla
• 2 TSP baking powder
• A generous amount of cinnamon
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/4 cup sugar alternative
• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
• 2 TBS light oil
• 1/2-1 cup non-dairy milk
Mix! If the batter seems too thick, loosen it up with a bit more milk.
Cook on an oiled skillet, about 2 mins each side. Then enjoy!
