INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 350°F

In a bowl, combine your dry ingredients:

• 1 cup GF flour

• 1/3 cup brown sugar

• 1½ TSP baking powder

• 1/2 TSP nutmeg

• 1/2 TSP apple pie spice or cinnamon

• 1 scoop of Purely Inspired Organic Protein in French Vanilla

Mix!

In a separate bowl, add your wet ingredients:

• 2 TBS melted plant-based butter

• A splash of vanilla extract

• 2 TBS unsweetened applesauce

• 3/4 cup non-dairy milk

• 2 TBS apple cider vinegar

Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined. The batter should be slightly thicker than your typical cake batter. Transfer your mixture to a plastic bag and cut the tip of one corner to mimic a piping bag. Spray your donut pan with cooking spray and fill each donut mold with your batter.

Bake for 13-15 mins.

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating, you’ll need:

• 2 TBS melted plant-based butter

• 1:1 of cinnamon and granular sugar, enough to coat the donuts

Once the donuts are cooled, coat them with your melted butter and toss them in your cinnamon sugar coating. Cozy up with a blanket, a good movie, a warm drink, and enjoy!
