Don’t let lattes hog all of the fun. It’s pumpkin season and there’s plenty to go around. Don’t let the name and indulgent flavors fool you – the ingredients are delicious yet clean, making it the ideal way to add some extra protein to your day.


  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 scoop Purely Inspired Organic Protein, French Vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes

Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon (hold the whip cream).
