Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • 1 scoop #PurelyInspired Organic Protein Powder in French Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (melted to make stirring easier) – 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP ground ginger
  • 1/2 TSP ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 TSP ground cloves or 2 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Mix your ingredients in a bowl with a rubber spatula or spoon
  • Refrigerate for 10 mins before rolling into balls
  • Roll into ball shape
  • Top with caramel and cinnamon sugar (optional)
