It’s a fact, the world is a better place with Cookie Dough in it. Not only does this version taste divine, it also packs a nutritional protein punch.
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop Purely Inspired Organic Protein, French Vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. oat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender and blend until super smooth. Scrape into a bowl and fold in the chips. Serve in jars.
