In a blender, add:
- 10 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup of cashews
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 scoop of our Organic Protein in French Vanilla 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Blend and form into bites.
In a bowl combine shredded coconut and our Healthy Beets+ powder. Mix together and roll the bites to coat the outside.
