Blueberry Beet Smoothie
This antioxidant-packed blend of blueberries and beets delivers a serious nutritional punch!
- 1 beet, peeled, chopped and uncooked
- ½ cup raw blueberries
- 1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp. melted coconut oil
- 1 serving Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
In a blender, mix all together until smooth. While mixing, pour coconut oil into blender in a steady stream to avoid clumping.
Optional: wet the rim with lemon or water and dip into shredded coconut for garnish.
