Whether you’re looking for a nutrient-dense pre-workout snack or just a healthy treat, these Vanilla Blueberry Vegan Cheesecake Bites are a great new recipe you have to try!
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup soft, organic, non-GMO tofu
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup or maple syrup
- 2 servings Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and roll into about six balls. Place in the freezer or fridge until they harden. Enjoy!
