Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites

Take your PSL obsession to the next level with these collagen-packed pumpkin spice bites. Not only do they taste incredible, they’ll help to fuel your craziest days. 


Ingredients:  

  • 1½ cups rolled oats 
  • ½ cup Purely Inspired Collagen Peptides®, Unflavored 
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree 
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, shelled and roasted 
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • 3 tbsp. honey 


Instructions:  

  • Mix ingredients together. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes and roll into balls.
