- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup Purely Inspired Collagen Peptides®, Unflavored
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, shelled and roasted
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. honey
- Mix ingredients together. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes and roll into balls.
