Ingredients
In a mixing bowl combine:
– 1 cup of all purpose flour
– 1/4 cup of Purely Inspired Organic Protein in French Vanilla
– 1 TBS baking powder
– 1 cup water 2 – 3 TBS of maple syrup

Directions
– Whisk well and cook on a heated and sprayed pan.
– Add blueberries and flip after 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
– Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes on the other side.
