Peanut Butter Energy Bites

You’ll love these four-ingredient peanut butter energy bites! Not only are they super easy to make with ingredients you have on hand, but they’re also rich in protein and make a perfect delicious snack.
- 2 cups granola
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- Optional: 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
Mix ingredients together well and then roll into balls. If you are having a hard time rolling into balls, put mixture in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up.
