- 1 scoop Purely Inspired® Organic Protein
- 1 cup milk (any preferred milk)
- 1 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
- handful of ice
- Add all ingredients except ice and blend until mixed through.
- Add ice and blend until chopped up.
