Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F
  2. In a bowl combine
  3. – 1 cup oats
    – 1/2 cup maple syrup
    – 1 scoop vanilla Organic Protein Powder by Purely Inspired
    – 1/4 cup mixed nuts
    – Generous amount of pumpkin spice
  4. Mix the ingredients together and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 mins and then broil on high for 2 more mins. Let cool & enjoy your crunchy protein granola!
