High-Protein Hot Chocolate
Looking for a comforting hot drink to take the edge off the cold this winter? Try this tasty, high-protein version made with Purely Inspired® Organic Protein 100% Plant-Based Nutritional Shake!
- 1/4 cup Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, Decadent Chocolate
- 2 cups milk (unsweetened almond or coconut milk can be used for lower carbs)
- 2–3 tbsp. 100% cocoa powder (depending on how chocolaty you like it)
- Stevia or other sweetener for desired level of sweetness
- Add all the ingredients to a pot and mix.
- Heat it all up at medium heat while whisking.
- Take it off the heat as soon as it gets hot, but not boiling hot – think warm enough to touch without being burned.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy your warm, chocolaty treat!
