Green Pancakes

Try these delicious green pancakes with one of our tasty smoothie recipes to create a delicious healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

2 handfuls of fresh spinach – 100g
1/4 cup rolled oats (gluten-free) – 42g
1/4 cup liquid egg whites (which equates to approximately 3 – 4 fresh egg whites) – 62ml
1/8 cup 2% Greek yogurt – 43g

Directions

  1. Blend everything together.
  2. Fry as little pancakes on a nonstick pan.
  3. As soon as you see bubbles appear on the pancakes’ surface, flip ‘em.
  4. Enjoy plain or with a topping of your choice such as honey, all-natural maple syrup or fruit.
