You won’t even notice the vegetables hidden in this delicious chocolate zucchini bread!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 1 scoop Purely Inspired Organic Protein, Chocolate
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 17 packets raw sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 1/3 cups grated zucchini
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all dry ingredients, then begin to add in wet ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Transfer batter into a 9-by-13-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
