- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. Purely Inspired® Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Stevia for sweetness (optional)
Combine oats, milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a medium-size sauce pan over medium heat. Stir the ingredients until the oats start to thicken and get soft, for about 5 minutes. Cook to desired consistency.
