Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Truffles

If you love to snack, you know how hard it can be to keep it healthy. For a delicious and nutritious, high-protein snack, try these chocolate peanut butter banana truffles!

Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup coconut flour (can substitute ground oats)
    • 2 scoops Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, Decadent Chocolate
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
    • 1 banana, well mashed
    • 1/3 cup peanut butter
    • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

Stir all ingredients together and mix very well until a dough forms. Put mixture in fridge for about 20 minutes or until partially firm. Roll dough into bite-sized balls and then roll in cocoa powder.
