Who knew carrots would go well with blueberries and bananas? It turns out this combo makes for the perfect tasty and refreshing summer smoothie. Try this high-protein carrot berry banana smoothie for a new spin on your daily smoothie!
- 2 large carrots, chopped into small coins
- 1 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop Purely Inspired® Organic Protein
- 1 large, very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Handful of ice
- Blend together carrots and soy milk until very smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
