Peppermint Mocha Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • ½ cup crunchy almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 serving of Purely Inspired’s Peppermint Mocha Organic Protein
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (based on preference)
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup steel cut raw oats
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions

  • Mix almond butter and honey ingredients in a bowl and heat up for 20 to 30 seconds
  • Stir in Purely Inspired’s Peppermint Mocha Organic Protein, cocoa powder, salt and peppermint extract into the same bowl
  • Mix in raw oats and chocolate chips
  • Roll into balls and enjoy!
