- ½ cup crunchy almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 serving of Purely Inspired’s Peppermint Mocha Organic Protein
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (based on preference)
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup steel cut raw oats
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Mix almond butter and honey ingredients in a bowl and heat up for 20 to 30 seconds
- Stir in Purely Inspired’s Peppermint Mocha Organic Protein, cocoa powder, salt and peppermint extract into the same bowl
- Mix in raw oats and chocolate chips
- Roll into balls and enjoy!
