Not only does this sweet treat look like a pizza, but it’s also shareable (or not…) and packed with protein, to keep you and your crew full and satisfied!
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F
In a bowl, combine your dry ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 1 TSP cinnamon
Whisk and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together your wet ingredients and sugar:
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry. Create a heart shaped “pizza” with the dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins!
Once cooled, top with (mixed):
- 2-3 spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop Organic Protein in French vanilla
This will be your “sauce!” Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
