Writing down your dreams can be very beneficial. It’s a way to take a break from the daily grind and give serious thought to what you want to experience in the next five, 10 or 15 years. But, we’re not talking about “resolution-type” goals or practical tasks (save those for your daily to-do list). We’re talking about registering for those belly dancing classes, taking a bike tour of Italy, or mastering the ukulele — things that take you out of your comfort zone and ignite your passion.
